Easytech is an on-site home technology support service built for Rhode Island households. We come to your home and fix the things that stopped working — the Wi-Fi that won't reach the back bedroom, the laptop that's slowed to a crawl, the smart TV that won't sign in, the doorbell camera that dropped offline, the printer that suddenly needs a driver nobody can find. Most visits take a single house call, and we explain every fix in plain English before we leave.

We built this for the people who get left behind by the phone-tree support model: families juggling a dozen devices, people working from home who can't afford a dead network on a Monday morning, and older parents whose kids set everything up once and never came back to update it. If a problem is too small to justify a big national provider but too frustrating to ignore, that's where we fit. There are no trip fees anywhere in Rhode Island, and every price is quoted before we drive.

Easytech is just me — one Rhode Island local working across the state, from Providence down to South County and out to Aquidneck Island. The same technician who answers the call is the one who shows up, and the same person answers when you have a follow-up question a month later. That person is me: a Rhode Island local and a university student studying cybersecurity, so the same hands that secure a network in class are the ones setting up the one in your living room. We're a registered Rhode Island business, and keeping technology working for our neighbors is the whole job.
